Welcome to Taylor Superkarts

Brief of Superkarting!!!
Likened to a miniature Formula1, the Superkart is not a hybrid of racing car and go-kart, it is a vehicle in its own right. With average power to weight ratio of 2.9, Superkarts hold outright lap records at many tracks world-wide.
Superkarting is a high performance, affordable motor sport. Sensation to cost is second to no other form of motor racing.
They run 6 speed 250cc GP motorcycle engines or purpose built 250cc factory engines with alot of them based around the rotax 250cc rotory disk valve engine producing staggering horse power. They are equipped with 4 wheel disk brakes, full bodywork with rear wing.
Superkarting is not an entry to motor sport, it is a progression to a more dynamic and affordable form of motor sport for many sprint karters, motorbike riders and car racers.
With a low centre of gravity and high power to weight, superkarts are responsive to small adjustments. One thing that makes the racing experience so exciting is that you feel like you're part of the kart. They are one of the best power to weight ratio racing machines out there at a fraction of the cost.
Other classes in superkarts range from 100cc fix drive, 125max, 125cc national (5/6speed gearbox), 250cc national (single cylinder 5/6 speed gearbox) and finally the 250cc international (twin cylinder combinations mainly running 6 speed gearbox).
